Wild thyme : purifying, great virtues for the liver. Used as a seasoning.
Picking : from May to September
Tussilage : Young stalks or leaves. Heals the respiratory track, coughing, asthma.
Picking : stalks in blossom in Spring, leaves in Summer and Autumn
Dandelion : Young leaves and blossoms. Tonic, depurative, diuretic virtues. Stimulates the activity of the liver and the digestive functions.
Picking : in Spring
Raiponce en épi (Phyteuma Spitacum) : Young leaves. Its virtues are unknown to me. Is used in salads and green vegetables.
Picking : from May to July
Wild chicory : Roots and young leaves. This is the wild vegetable which brings our body the highest amount of vitamins A.
Picking : middle of Spring, middle of Autumn
Sylvester mallow : Leaves, flowers and fruits. Calms the irritations of the throat. Is used in salads or as a vegetable.
Picking : Leaves : from April to October, Fruits and flowers : from May to August
