" La Toque Sauvage " intervenes in the following fields :

• Culinary training, cosmetics and ancestral plant beverages
• Flora discovery (identification, picking, ethnobotanics)
• Plant caterer (gastronomy with wild plants and biologically cultivated plants)

For your wedding ceremonies, exhibitions, thematical or cultural parties : Commented dinners.

• Lectures on plants and how to use them (cooking, cosmetics, beverages and popular medecine)
• Shows and activities of discovery about the taste and the fragrances for primary, secondary, horticultural, agricultural, catering schools and cultural centers.
• Firm consultant (conception of new products with plants and staff training) and registered culinary teacher (registered under n° 82260070026) ; has already made a large pannel of flower nougats, biological plant beverages and cosmetics.
• Author of 4 books (cooking, cosmetics, beverages and popular medicine)
• Creation of thematical gardens (monastic, culinary, and witches' gardens)

We are planning to open an international ethnobotanic center in the Rhone Alpes which will be a laboratory of research and transformation and a botanic and culinary center.

It is meant to be an educational site for many schools, museums, and libraries : a garden and a shop are to complement the installation and will be a place where professionals, associations, businessmen, technicians and researchers will meet.

We take part in European exhibitions and cultural events : Sciences en Fête, Journées Ferme en Ferme, Journées de l’Environnement, Journées Jardin, Salons du Goûter, Floralies de Périgueux, Plants and biological fairs (Paris, Genève, Lausanne, Turin, Fribourg, New York).

Lovers of nature, you can form a group of 10 people (minimum) or 20 people (maximum), we travel all around the world to meet you, for a gastronomic training period with plants and wild flowers (identification, picking and transformation). You just need a place with a kitchen.

If it is more than 1 day, you need to provide a lodging for us (we are a couple) ; the travel costs 0.5 Euros/km.

If you are interested, please contact us in advance because our schedule is tight. You will be asked a 30% deposit along with a letter of confirmation.
